BOOTH REGISTRATION
- Booth Cost – $50.00 for each booth. Submit booth registration to Fr. Larry Dowling denispadre@aol.com or register online at 1KManMarch.com
- Make checks payable to St. Agatha Catholic Church and mail to 3147 W Douglas Blvd., Chicago, IL, 60623
- PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for booth sign-ups is April 27, 2022 – you must have completed form and signed by this date in order to reserve a booth.
- Any booth sign-ups coming in after the deadline of May 4, 2022, will not be listed in the Chicago Leader 1K Man March Special Edition
- Set up time for booths – Saturday, May 7 2022, starting at 11:00 a.m.
